Privacy policy

When you fill out our quote form or contact us, we collect what you choose to share, such as:

• Your name, email address, phone number and company name
• Your answers about your project (for example, the type of site, features, timeline and budget range)
• Anything you write in free-text fields, and any messages you send us by email or text

• Technical details: your IP address, browser and device type, and the page you came from.
• Campaign details: if you arrive from a link with tracking tags (like UTM parameters or ad click IDs), we record them so we know which marketing works. We store this “first visit” information in your browser’s local storage and send it along with your quote request.
• Analytics: we may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google may set cookies and collect usage data under its own privacy policy. You can opt out using Google’s browser add-on or your browser’s settings.
• Spam protection: we may use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep bots out of our forms. It may process technical information about your browser to do this.

• To communicate with you about your project, by email, phone or text (see below)
• To run, secure and improve our website and services, and to prevent spam and abuse
• To understand which marketing brings people to us
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we’ll use your number to send messages about your request or project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. We do not share your mobile number or text-messaging opt-in with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, under agreements that limit how they use it, such as:

• Website hosting and security providers
• Email and text-message delivery providers
• Analytics providers
• Payment processors, if you pay us online

We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale.

We keep quote requests and project records for as long as needed to work with you and to meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them. Quote requests that don’t turn into a project are deleted within 24 months; business and tax records are kept for up to 7 years.

• You can ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it.
• You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and stop texts by replying STOP.
• You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. To make a request, email the602group@gmail.com. We’ll verify your request and respond within the time the law requires.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
