• Requesting a quote is free and doesn’t commit you to anything.
• Quotes are estimates based on the information you give us and are valid for the period stated in the quote. A project starts only when we both sign a written proposal or agreement.
• The signed proposal or agreement — not this site — sets the scope, price, payment terms, timeline, ownership and other project terms. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement wins.
• Prices and package descriptions on this site are general information and may change.

You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by sending spam or malicious code, trying to break in, scraping it at scale, or submitting false information.

The site’s text, design, graphics and code belong to 602 Group or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but not copy or reuse them commercially without our permission. Design concepts shown on the site are samples and remain our property until included in a signed project.

The site may link to or use third-party services. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices; their own terms apply.

If you opt in to texts from us, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our privacy policy for how we handle your number.

The site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing on the site is a promise of specific results, such as search rankings, traffic or revenue.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, 602 Group isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability related to the site is limited to $100. This section doesn’t apply to signed project agreements, which have their own terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
